NFOWD runs under the direct management, supervision of a General Council and a fifteen (15) member Executive Council (EC) Elected to office by the general members every two years. The day-to-day operations are run by the Secretariat based in Dhaka, headed by the Director. NFOWD works per the ninth EC instructions in 2009.
